Artículo. 259. Las resoluciones del Juez, bajo los respectos indicados en los artículos anteriores, se revocarán por la cesacion de la causa que haya dado motivo a ellas; y podrán también modíficarse o revocarse por el Juez en todo caso y tiempo, si sobreviene motivo justo.
