°. PLAZO. La duración de la sociedad será hasta el 1º de octubre del año 2073, prorrogable de conformidad con las disposiciones legales que en esta fecha de encuentren vigentes. La disolución y liquidación anticipadas se regirán por la ley vigente de acuerdo con las normas comunes. Forman parte de estos estatutos el permiso de funcionamiento de la Superintendencia Bancaria contenido en la Resolución número 2600 del 21 de agosto de 1974 y las resoluciones de la misma Superintendencia sobre permisos para abrir y mantener las distintas sucursales y agencias de la Compañía.
