Artículo segundo. Los Juzgados de Instrucción Criminal radicados actualmente en la Isla-Prisión de Gorgona y en la Colonia Penal de Araracuara, seguirán funcionando en dichos lugares, con su jurisdicción, competencia, personal y asignaciones actuales, no obstante lo dispuesto en los artículos 111 del Decreto-ley 1356 de 1964 y 12 del Decreto legislativo número 1697 de 1965.
