°. Modificación del artículo 4° del Decreto 540 de 2012. El artículo 4° del Decreto 540 de 2012 quedará así: “ Artículo 4°. Secretaría Técnica. La Comisión Intersectorial para la Operación del Sistema de Registro Único de Afiliados al Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral y de Protección Social, contará con el apoyo de una Secretaría Técnica encargada de articular las iniciativas y acciones técnicas que surjan de la Comisión. El funcionario que ejercerá la Secretaría Técnica será designado por la Comisión.”.
