º Cuando la gravedad del delito o la importancia del proceso aconsejen la medida, los Procuradores de Distrito y los Jefes de Oficina Seccional podrán intervenir, por comisión del Procurador General de la Nación, como especiales agentes del Ministerio Público ante los Juzgados de Circuito, en negocios en que esté actuando un Personero Municipal, a quien desplazarán mientras dure su intervención.
