° Las empresas obligadas a pagar el gravamen a que se refiere el presente Decreto en el Departamento de Cundinamarca y en el Distrito Especial de Bogotá, deberán consignar directamente en la Tesorería del Distrito Especial de Bogotá, las participaciones que le correspondan a Bogotá conforme al presente Decreto.
