Ingreso a régimen controlado voluntario. De conformidad con la excepción legal establecida en el inciso 3 del artículo 203 de la Ley 115 de 1994, los establecimientos educativos privados sin ánimo de lucro, que a la vigencia de la misma ley tenían adoptados sistemas de financiación mediante bonos, podrán ajustarse a lo dispuesto en este decreto solicitando ingreso voluntario al régimen controlado y satisfaciendo los demás criterios y reglas aquí dispuestos.
