Toda exportación requiere permiso previo y escrito de la Oficina de Control de Cambios, Importaciones y Exportaciones, y su producto en moneda extranjera se, venderá al Banco de la República o a un Banco autorizado, excepto cuando tenga derecho a Certificados de Cambio", de acuerdo con los artículos 5º y 6º de esta Ley.
