° Unicamente podrán hacer uso del título de doctor en odontología o de cirujano dentista los individuos de que trata el artículo 1° del presente Decreto. Los contraventores a esta disposición serán castigados con multas sucesivas de veinticinco pesos, impuestas por los Alcaldes o funcionarios de policía. Estas multas serán convertibles en arresto de acuerdo con las leyes, siguiendo el procedimiento ordinario de policía.
