Para los efectos del
del artículo 10 de la Ley 82 referida, se entiende que viven con el empleado a tiempo de su muerte, no sólo los miembros de la familia de éste que habiten precisamente bajo el mismo techo, sino los que vivan en buena relación y armonía con él y bajo su dependencia.
