Las personas que se acojan a los programas de salida del archipiélago que la OCCRE diseñe en virtud del literal h) del artículo 26 del Decreto 2762 de 1991, deberán entregar a dicha oficina su tarjeta de residentes. En consecuencia, cuando requieran ingresar nuevamente al Archipiélago, deberán cumplir con los requisitos previstos en el Decreto 2762 de 1991 y demás normas que lo adicionen, reglamenten o modifiquen.
