Art. 16. ° Los remates que se verifiquen para la amortizacion de la Deuda interior, de que habla el artículo 9.° de este decreto, se harán en los términos prevenidos en el Código fiscal respectivamente, observándose en todo lo relativo a ellos, las prevenciones de dicho Código. Los demas remates de que se hace mencion en los artículos 4.° 10 i 11, se efectuarán tambien de la misma manera, salvas las disposiciones especiales que se dejan consignadas respecto a ellos.
