Ejecutoriado EL auto en que el Juez requeriente desiste de la competencia, lo comunica por medio de oficio al requerido, remitiéndole lo actuado para que continúe conociendo del negocio.

Si insiste en la competencia, lo comunica así al requerido, y ambos remiten sus respectivas actuaciones al superior a quien corresponda dirimirla.
