DEL RECONOCIMIENTO DE VACACIONES NO CAUSADAS. Cuando una persona cese en sus funciones faltándole treinta (30) días o menos para cumplir un (1) año de servicio, tendrá derecho a que se le reconozcan v compensen en dinero las correspondientes vacaciones como si hubiera trabajado un (1) año completo, salvo que la desvinculación sea causada por destitución o abandono del cargo.
