De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 8º de la Ley 72 de 1989, los concesionarios del servicio de radiodifusión sonora atenderán las normas internacionales que regulen la materia, y en particular las previstas por la Unión Internacional de Telecomunicaciones, UIT, y de sus organismos normalizadores CCIR y CCITT, o quienes hagan sus veces.
