El artículo 18 del Decreto reglamentario 2148 de 1983, quedará así: «Cuando en una escritura se segreguen una o más porciones de un inmueble, se identificarán y alinderarán los predios segregados y el de la parte restante. Si se expresa la cabida se indicará la de cada unidad por el sistema métrico decimal».
