Surtida la notificación, se dará traslado al profesional inculpado por el término improrrogable de diez (10) días hábiles, para presentar descargos, solicitar y aportar pruebas. Para tal efecto, el expediente permanecerá a su disposición en la Secretaría de la Seccional o Regional respectiva.
