ARTICULO 22. División de Prevención del Delito. Son funciones de la División de Prevención del Delito las siguientes: Realizar estudios sobre los factores que inciden en la comisión de delitos. Diseñar y desarrollar programas tendientes a la prevención del delito. Evaluar los programas de prevención de delitos y velar por su ejecución. Las demás funciones que le sean asignadas conforme a la naturaleza de la dependencia.
