Artículo único El Sr. Leopoldo Garavito no adeuda al Tesoro de la República la suma de mil setecientos pesos ($ 1,700) que le ha glosado el Administrador principal de Hacienda nacional en el Socorro, por haber comprobado satisfactoriamente que dicha suma fue empleada en gastos militares para el restablecimiento del orden público en la guerra civil de 1895.
