Si los vehículos no son propiedad del Prestador de Servicios Turísticos, el transporte solo podrá efectuarse previo contrato escrito con Empresas de Transporte Público Terrestre Automotor Especial habilitadas. En su defecto, el Prestador de Servicios Turísticos deberá habilitarse como Empresa de Transporte Público Terrestre Automotor Especial previo cumplimiento de las condiciones establecidas en la presente disposición.
