Art. 10. Cada año en el presupuesto de Guerra se pondrá la partida para vestuario, equipo, menaje, composicion de armamento i establecimientos de es- cuelas primarias i de artes, calculando ciento noven- ta i dos reales por cada plaza de tropa del pié de fuerza que señala la lei.
