Entrega de mercancía de procedencia licita. En cualquier estado el proceso en que se demuestre que la mercancía aprehendida no es de contrabando, el juez, mediante auto motivado, ordenara su entrega o el precio de ella a quien demuestre tener derecho de propiedad sobre la misma.
