DESCUENTO PARA BIENESTAR SOCIAL. De la prima de vacaciones se descontará el valor correspondiente a tres (3) días del sueldo básico, el que ingresará a la Dirección de Bienestar Social al plan de Colonias Vacacionales.

Parágrafo

La prima de vacaciones debe liquidarse en la nómina correspondiente al mes inmediatamente anterior a aquel en que los interesados vayan a disfrutar sus vacaciones anuales. CAPITULO IV DOTACIONES.
