Denominación social de las Entidades Promotoras de Salud. A la razón social de las Entidades Promotoras de Salud se agregará la expresión “Entidad Promotora de Salud” de acuerdo con su objeto social.

La Superintendencia Nacional de Salud establecerá los requisitos de información mínima que deben ser cumplidos por las entidades que presten servicios adicionales, al efectuar o promover la venta del Plan Obligatorio de Salud.

En todo caso deberá hacerse mención que la entidad está vigilada por la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud.
