Una vez sancionada la presente ley, el Gobierno Nacional, de acuerdo con el de Antioquia, procederá a establecer en su Puerto Berrio en un hospital modelo, dotado de todos los servicios científicos modernos. El costo que demande esta obra será cubierto por partes iguales entre la Nación y el Departamento de Antioquia, hasta su terminación según contrato que al efecto celebren las dos entidades.
