del artículo 2.2.2.6.1 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero quedará así: "

Además de las inversiones de que trata el artículo 2.2.1.2.5 del presente Estatuto, los almacenes generales de deposito podrán poseer acciones en sociedades de transporte de carga, portuarias, operadoras portuarias, operadoras aeroportuarias, terminales de carga, comercializadoras, de agenciamiento de carga o de agenciamiento marítimo, siempre que tengan por objeto exclusivo una cualquiera o varias de las actividades antes señaladas. "Estas inversiones no podrán exceder del cincuenta por ciento (50%) del patrimonio técnico del almacén general de deposito y para su realización se deberá obtener previa autorización de la Superintendencia Bancaria".
