Art. 7.° Las escuelas o colejios agrícolas sostenidos por los Estados o por los particulares que hayan funcionado regularmente, al ménos durante seis meses, con diez o mas alumnos, i en que se dé una instruccion agrícola teórica i práctica, recibirán alguna modesta subvencion para sus trabajos, en proporcion al capital invertido en la fundacion del establecimiento i a la importancia de las enseñanzas que alli se den.
