Art. 211. El sobordo será presentado en el puerto del desembarco al inspector de las bodegas, ajente del Gobierno nacional o al Cabo del Resguardo allí estacionado, a quien servirá de dato para la visita de la embarcacion.

Los sobordos serán certificados por el Cónsul colombiano en Maracaibo, cuando la embarcacion proceda directamente de aquel puerto o autorizado por el Administrador de las bodegas, de “ Encontrados ” cuando de allí se despache el bongo para “ Los Cachos ” o “ San Buenaventura,” en su caso.
