Articulo 66. Las reclamaciones que se presenten por los deberan hacerse por escrito ante la gerencia la cual dictara su resolucion dentro de los (30) dias siguientes Contra esta resolucion podra instaurarse por el interesado los recursos de reposicion ante la misma Gerencia y de apelacion ante la Junta Directiva la resolucion que la Junta dicte podra recurrise por la via contencioso-administrativa toda reclamacion debera ser hecha antes del retiro de las mercancias afectadas.
