º DEL CAMPO DE APLICACIÓN. Las normas del presente Decreto se aplicarán a los funcionarios de Seguridad Social, salvo, a los de carrera que se encuentren en desempeñado empleos de libre nombramiento y remoción que deban ser ocupados por personas que tengan la calidad de funcionarios públicos.
