El presente decreto será publicado en el Diario Oficial y entrará a regir al día siguiente de la finalización de la emergencia sanitaria declarada con ocasión de la pandemia del Covid-19 por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social mediante Resolución 385 del 12 de marzo de 2020 y sus respectivas prórrogas.
