Transitorio . Las solicitudes para obtener licencia de radioaficionado, para obtener el registro de asociaciones, y las de prórroga o renovación, presentadas en vigencia de los Decretos 2058 de 1995 y 2765 de 1997, y no resueltas por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, se tramitarán de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el presente decreto.
