Art. 1.° De los fondos comunes del Tesoro destinase la suma de $ 2,000 a fomentar los talleres de la Casa de Refujio en la capital de la Union. Esta cantidad será entregada en dinero sonante al Síndico de ese establecimiento, así:

Mil pesos tan luego como sea sancionada esta lei, i lo restante, cuatro meses despues.
