° Modifícase la reforma 131ª del artículo 1° del Decreto 1809 del 6 de agosto de 1990, cuyo texto quedará así: “131ª El artículo 152 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así: Artículo 152. El aprovisionamiento de combustible a los vehículos automotores deberá hacerse con el motor del vehículo apagado. En el caso de los vehículos de servicio público o escolar, deberá hacerse, además, sin pasajeros”.
