ARTICULO 87 . Separación absoluta. El oficial, suboficial o miembro del nivel ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional, que sea condenado por sentencia ejecutoriada a la pena principal de prisión o arresto, por la Justicia Penal Militar o por la Ordinaria, salvo el caso de condena por delitos culposos, será separado en forma absoluta de la Policía Nacional. El oficial, suboficial o miembro del nivel ejecutivo que sea separado en forma absoluta, no podrá volver a pertenecer a la Policía Nacional.
