El Ejecutivo Nacional abrirá un crédito administrativo al Presupuesto de la actual vigencia, por la suma de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200,000) para auxiliar a aquellos damnificados en el incendio acaecido en la ciudad del Socorro el día dos de febrero que hayan perdido por esta causa sus medios de subsistencia, y para atender a la reconstrucción de los edificios incendiados.
