Artículo decimonoveno. Inspección. El Instituto estará sometido a la inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 41, inciso 2º, del Decreto 3130 de 1968. La Superintendencia Bancaria designará el revisor fiscal del Instituto y su respectivo suplente.
