ARTICULO 2.1.2.1.6 . NEGOCIABILIDAD INTERBANCARIA DE CHEQUES FISCALES. En los eventos de negociabilidad interbancaria de cheques fiscales, de acuerdo con el artículo 2 de la ley 1a de 1980, el banco consignatario deberá dejar constancia en el reverso del cheque de la cuenta de la entidad pública a la cual ha sido abonado el importe respectivo.
