Los empleados de hacienda nacional y de aduanas podrán hacer uso hasta del doble de la franquicia que tengan asignada, para rendir informes urgentes a las oficinas y entidades superiores. Para los datos reglamentarios sobre liquidación y recaudo de rentas e impuestos podrán dirigir a las mismas oficinas y entidades superiores, telegramas sin limitación de palabras.
