Sin los documentos expresados en el artículo anterior no se otorgará el permiso mientras no se subsane su falta o el reparo que de ellos se haga para no conceder la licencia.

Por las certificaciones a que se refiere el mismo artículo no cobrarán los empleados que han de darlas derecho alguno.
