Serán causales de nulidad en el proceso de extinción de dominio, las siguientes:

1.

Falta de competencia.

2.

Falta de notificación.

3.

Violación al debido proceso, siempre y cuando las garantías vulneradas resulten compatibles con la naturaleza jurídica y el carácter real patrimonial de la acción de extinción de dominio.
