NIVELES. Los niveles jerárquicos de los organismos deportivos de personas con discapacidad serán los siguientes

Nivel Municipal y Distrital. Clubes deportivos, clubes promotores y clubes profesionales.

Nivel Departamental y de Distrito Capital. Ligas y asociaciones deportivas departamentales y del Distrito Capital.

Nivel Nacional. Federaciones Deportivas y Comité Paralímpico Colombiano.
