Para la determinación de la partida a que se refiere el artículo anterior, deberán tenerse en cuenta todos los conceptos que, conforme a las disposiciones vigentes en el momento de la elaboración del presupuesto o aprobación para gastos, según el caso, constituyan factor básico para la liquidación de la cesantía.
