Si al cumplirse el plazo estipulado para la duración del contrato, el editor no ha vendido todos los ejemplares de la obra, podrá seguir vendiendo aquellos ejemplares, en las mismas condiciones fijadas por el contrato fenecido.

Pero el autor o sus causahabientes pueden comprar al editor tales ejemplares, a precio de costo y un aumento hasta del diez por ciento.
