Control Social. El DNP, en su calidad de administrador del SSEC, dispondrá los instrumentos y herramientas para facilitar los ejercicios de participación ciudadana para el control social con las entidades ejecutoras de proyectos de inversión financiados con recursos del SGR. Asimismo, promoverá el uso de herramientas por la ciudadanía y actores sociales, de manera que los aportes de los ciudadanos puedan ser insumo para el SSEC.
