La Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro dispondrá para cada circunscripción territorial, dentro del limite cronológico señalado en el Artículo 76, la fecha a partir de la cual quedaran suprimidas las antiguas oficinas de registro, se aplicara el nuevo sistema de matricula, se oficializaran el servicio y las condiciones de incorporación de los empleados de las oficinas de las capitales.
