Art. 1.º Es prohibido á todos los funcionarios del Poder Judicial y del Ministerio Público cobrar derechos por las diligencias en que intervengan, ó por los autos ó resoluciones que firmen ó autoricen, ó por las visitas o conceptos que emitan en el ejercicio de sus atribuciones legales. Dichos funcionarios sólo tienen derecho, por vía de remuneración, al sueldo señalado por la ley al respectivo destino.
