Auxíliase con la suma de cuatro mil pesos ($ 4.000) la reunión del Congreso de Sociedades de Mejoras Públicas que se celebrará en Bucaramanga en el presente año.

Este auxilio será entregado por el Gobierno Nacional al señor Tesorero de la Sociedad de Mejoras Públicas de Bucaramanga.
