º . Transitorio. Las mercancías destinadas a entidades oficiales que sean importadas en desarrollo de proyectos o convenios de cooperación o asistencia internacional por organismos internacionales de cooperación, o por misiones diplomáticas acreditadas en el país, que a la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto se encuentren dentro del término de almacenamiento, podrán acogerse a lo previsto en el literal c) del artículo anterior.
