º . Efectos de las decisiones del defensor del cliente. Las entidades vigiladas podrán establecer en las normas dirigidas a su buen gobierno o en sus reglamentos internos que las decisiones del defensor del cliente favorables al cliente o usuario que sean expresamente aceptadas por este, serán de obligatorio cumplimiento para la entidad. En todo caso, en la medida en que sus decisiones sean aceptadas expresamente por las partes, tendrán carácter vinculante para ellas.
